Apartment service

As an aparthotel, we do not provide daily apartment cleaning service, including towel replacement or garbage removal.

If you require additional towel replacement, bin emptying, or replenishment of toilet paper, soap, or shampoo, please notify reception. Upon receiving your request, reception will arrange the service.

Stay with a pet

The Five Seasons property accepts pets. Pets may be in the restaurant only in the designated lobby bar area; their presence in the main dining room during meals is not permitted.
The pet owner is required to have a leash, a muzzle (if required for the breed), and a health booklet with up-to-date vaccinations.
Please also promptly remove any waste left by the animal on the premises and in the surrounding area.

Ski storage

There are two ski rooms available on the property:

Building One – access to the ski room requires a key, which must be collected at the reception in Five Seasons Two. The key is issued to the apartment and must be returned on the day of check-out. The fee for losing the key is 100 PLN.
Building Three – the ski room is accessible with an entry card issued at the reception in Five Seasons Two. The card should be returned immediately after using the ski room. One shared card is available for guests.

Board games

Board games are available to borrow from the main reception at Five Seasons Two.

Electric vehicle charging

Subject to availability, it is possible to park a vehicle in a space designated for charging electric vehicles. If you wish to use the charger, please notify the reception desk, where a card required to start the charging is issued. The card must be returned immediately after charging begins, and when charging is finished you should return to the reception to collect the card to disconnect the vehicle. Charging cables are also available at reception.

Wellness area

During their stay at Five Seasons our Guests can relax at the water park at the Blue Mountain Resort. The outdoor complex includes a large heated pool, a family water slide, a cascade, a heated children's pool, and outdoor jacuzzi tubs.

Opening hours: 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM (reservation for a 1.5-hour time slot is required in person at our reception in the Five Seasons Two building or by phone at 668 487 311).

The number of spots per session is limited.

Five Seasons towels and bathrobes may not be taken to the partner facility's pool.

Kids' activities

Guests of Five Seasons may take part in activities organized by Blue Mountain, in accordance with the rules set by the organizer. Detailed information is available in the "Blue Mountain Animations" tab on the property's website.
