Guided walking tour
- A guided walking tour is held only on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.
- Wednesday - Shelter under the Labský Peak
- Saturday - Szklarski Waterfall and Golden View
- The gathering is at the reception of the Platinum Mountain Hotel & SPA.
- Please sign up for the tour in advance at the Five Seasons reception.
Cancellation of the tour does not affect the package price.

three heated indoor pools - there is a recreational and swimming pool, saunarium, and children are welcome to play in a safe paddling pool with water attractions and ozonated water that does not pinch the eyes.
the outdoor complex includes a large heated pool, a family water slide, a cascade, a heated children's pool and outdoor Jacuzzi tubs. The indoor section consists of: a large pool with a multimedia slide, an artificial river and geysers. For children, there is a two-depth pool with a slide, hedgehogs and a mushroom.
